This year I branched out a little from Gill Sans and Helvetica. Here are some of my favorite fonts that I discovered in 2008: Aaux Pro, Museo, DIN, Clarendon, Gotham, VAG (mostly because of the name), and Obamabats!

The ampersand kinda steals the show: definitely one of the more adorable that I’ve seen.

Yesssss, Obamabats. I totally used that for my Design Colloquium project last semester. Also, did you see the piece of railroad track we swiped that looks like an ampersand?
